On 27 May 2026, Xi'an International University (XAIU) officially launched its IFPSM Global Standard (GS) Certification journey during a ceremony attended by university leaders, representatives of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), industry partners, faculty members, and students.
As the first university in Western China to embark on the IFPSM GS Certification pathway, XAIU is demonstrating its commitment to advancing procurement and supply chain education in line with internationally recognised standards and professional competencies.
The ceremony was led by President Huang Teng of Xi'an International University and attended by President Ren Haoxiang and representatives of CFLP. The event marked an important milestone in strengthening cooperation between academia and industry while supporting the development of future procurement and supply chain professionals.
