Reputable national or international organizations may be admitted as Affiliate Members if they are actively engaged in procurement, supply chain management, or related areas that contribute to the advancement of the profession and they:

agree to comply with the IFPSM Constitution, Code of Conduct, and Regulations.
are actively engaged in procurement and supply chain management or related professional fields.
demonstrate a commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contribution to the IFPSM Areas of Activity;
and receive approval by majority vote of the IFPSM Board.

An association may be admitted as an Associate Member if it:

agrees to comply with the IFPSM Constitution, Code of Conduct, Regulations, and Policies.
is actively engaged in procurement and supply management or related areas of professional activity.
pays the annual membership fee established by the Board; and
has a minimum of 45 members.

Associate Membership is limited to a maximum period of three years, during which the association is expected to fulfil the requirements for Full Membership.

Associate Members may participate in Federation activities but are not eligible to vote, hold Board positions, or serve as Officers of the Federation.

Is open to national procurement and supply management representing professionals within respective countries.

Applicant associations are expected to operate, at least in part, on a non-profit basis and to demonstrate a commitment to advancing the profession in the public interest.

As Full Members, associations become part of a global professional federation and gain access to international collaboration, knowledge sharing, professional development initiatives, and participation in IFPSM activities and governance.

IFPSM membership is available to national and regional procurement and supply management associations. Individual professionals and organizations can participate in the global IFPSM community through their local IFPSM member association. Associations interested in joining IFPSM are encouraged to contact the Secretariat for further information on eligibility and the application process.

o. IFPSM is a global federation of procurement and supply management associations and does not offer direct membership to individuals.
Individual professionals, students, academics, and practitioners can engage with IFPSM through their national or regional procurement association if it is an IFPSM member. Through these associations, individuals can access professional development opportunities, networking, certifications, events, and global best practices promoted by IFPSM.
