Once a month, an IFPSM member organization opens its doors to the global procurement community. The host introduces itself, shares what it knows best about its market, and opens a live conversation with professionals from every region.
The rotation moves across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Over a year you get a first-hand view of how procurement works in more than ten countries, from the people who lead it there.
Register once and you are registered for every session in the series. You will receive a reminder and the joining link before each meeting. Sessions are recorded and published on the IFPSM website for members.
IFPSM is:
Each session runs approximately 60 minutes:
15 minutes | Organization Introduction. Who the host association is, what it does, and how it can serve you.
30 minutes | Keynote Presentation. A professional topic chosen by the host, based on its market and expertise.
15 minutes | Open Discussion & Insights. Questions from the audience, with IFPSM regional chairs and board members.
All sessions are conducted in English, fully recorded, and available with live translation via the Zoom Webinar app.
Procurement and supply chain managers who need to know what is happening beyond their borders: who the strong suppliers are, and which trends are reaching their market next.
CEOs and senior executives looking for international partners, with direct access to 44 associations on 4 continents.
Suppliers and service providers seeking exposure to a global audience of decision-makers.
Procurement professionals who want to grow, with a seat in the leading global procurement community once a month and no flight ticket required.
Because the world has changed — and procurement changed with it.
Global supply chains have broken down, recovered, and broken down again. Prices, risks, suppliers — everything has become unpredictable. Those who only look at their local market are already falling behind.
Because real knowledge lives with people — not on Google.
You can search for suppliers online. You can read reports and analysis. But nothing replaces a conversation with a procurement manager who has already worked with them. Who already knows what works and what doesn’t. Who is willing to talk to you directly.
That’s exactly what happens here.
Because real connections are worth real money.
One right supplier can save millions. One partner in the right market can open an entire region. One referral from a trusted professional is worth more than any marketing campaign.
IFPSM Member Spotlight builds those connections — month after month.
Because 44 organizations across 4 continents isn’t a number — it’s a network.
A network that is ready for you. A network that delivers. A network that grows stronger with every session.
Global procurement is no longer an option for the advanced. It is the foundation for every organization that wants to stay relevant. And you are invited to be part of it — starting with Session One.
