The Procurement Conference POLZAK’26, organized by PSML, marks over 15 years of bringing together the Polish and international procurement community. Taking place over two days in Warsaw, the conference is built around the theme “Procurement for Sustainability and Innovations” and brings leading practitioners and academics together to discuss the direction of the profession.

Procurement, supply chain, and operations leaders and managers from the private and public sectors, in Poland and internationally, who want direct access to practical experience and global best practices.
POLZAK’26 addresses six of the most pressing shifts in the profession today: transforming procurement from tactical to strategic, building sustainability into business continuity, driving procurement-led innovation, applying new technologies for operational excellence, managing supply chain risk, and developing the human competencies procurement needs in a VUCA world. The program features an international speaker lineup and the first-ever live Oxford Debate at the conference.
