The Federal Association for Supply Chain Mangement, Procurement and Logistics (BME) is Germany's leading professional association for procurement, supply chain management and logistics.
A strong and dynamic network of companies from all sectors and industries - from major corporations to sole proprietors - with a significant proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises.
BME operates through 38 regions across Germany while maintaining strong relationships with international partners, associations and institutions worldwide.
With around 300 volunteers, they organise more than 400 events per year and reach over 10,000 participants.
The volume of goods and services procured by the association's members totals approximately €1.25 trillion per year, just under one third of Germany's gross domestic product.
