IFPSM implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of its systems and data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
You acknowledge that:
the Services may be subject to interruptions, delays, errors, or failures;
the transmission of data over the internet is never entirely secure;

notifying IFPSM promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Slovenian law and EU law), IFPSM, its directors, officers, employees, agents, member associations, and partners shall not be liable for any:

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, IFPSM’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms – whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise – shall be strictly limited to the total amount, if any, that you have paid directly to IFPSM for chargeable Services in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IFPSM and its directors, officers, employees, member associations, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

IFPSM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services where required by sanctions or other legal obligations.
IFPSM encourages the amicable resolution of disputes. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through goodfaith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration:
seated in Ljubljana, Slovenia;
conducted in the English language;
under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution or ad hoc rules agreed by the parties.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent IFPSM from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief from the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:
the laws of the Republic of Slovenia; and
applicable European Union law.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
